The fifth Etienne van Heerden Veldsoireé took place in Nxuba (formerly Cradock) from 20 to 22 September 2024. The ATKV Writing Workshop and the first presentations of the LitNet25 Afrikaans Writers’ Conference were presented at the festival. The Writers’ Conference will continue online.

The Etienne van Heerden Veldsoirée will take place in Cradock from 20 to 22 September 2024.

This year’s Veldsoirée will consist of three components:

• The Etienne van Heerden Veldsoirée
• The LitNet25 Afrikaans Writers’ Conference
• The ATKV Writing Workshop
